They try but it is not working
They try to be nice but communacating in front is a nightmare. I had to make serveral calls to get the right person on the line. Emails tot the promoted email adres didn't work as well because they had another email adres connected to outlook. We were hooked up with two instructes both working less then a month at the diveshop. The experience was there but the heart wasn't. My friend had some problems and couldn't dive. I think with the right guidance she would have been able to do much better. She didn't get a refund either for the dives. They never asked my weight but fit me with 8 kg. That was to heavy so I adjusted it to 6 and that was good. I also got to do 1 dive because I stayed at my friend.
