Prachtige eerste duik op het Great Barrier Reef!!! Mooie koraaltorens, alle kleuren papegaaivissen, witpuntrifhaai!!! Hele grote mooie gele vissen.

This was our first unguided dive as SSI AOW divers. I definitely felt more confident. We explored the reef, saw fish, coral and clams, but I was actually a bit disappointed that the GBR was not as amazing and colourful as I had believed.

Our 5th and final dive for our SSI AOW course was at Hastings reef where Mark showed us coral and fish. I remember him putting his hand into a giant clam, which then closed up on his hand. He made struggling motions, Penny and I started to freak out, then he slipped his hand free and laughed.
