Very commercial and with captive dolphin facility
Though the staff was friendly and professional, they ask for tips at the end of every briefing inspite of the already steep prices. On top of their highly Americanized commercial aspect and enormous merchandising shop, they own a captive dolphin facility, where dolphins are "harvested" from the brutal drive hunts in Taiji, Japan and/or the Solomon Islands.
