This was Ron's (Neptune) newest class of graduates for Open Water. Edwardo helping teach, so Mack & I buddied up. Mack graduated Lakeside 2009 - Ron certified him as well. Good dive into main cave system, used my 3 mil Scubapro, nice! Water super clear.

Started up in the Devils ear and eye showing Edwardo what all was down there. We worked around the dive group and then headed into open river to float back down to Ginnie Springs. Water was very dark with tannic acid, and without being in the stream of spring water vis was maybe 5 feet. Had to be very careful in the main river to not ge hung up on tree stumps and logs because of how you could drift into them befor seeing them. Ended in the main spring again showing Edwardo - good dive.

Neptune Dive Shop
Neptune offers a wide range of classes to fit anyones schedule that is interested in diving. Over the years not only have taken classes but both of my daughters have gone through their training as well. Safety, drills to perfect skills and always being "buddy concious" are practiced daily - as well as being exhibited on every dive. Their professionalism is displayed both in the store, classroom and most importantly in the water. As a family we have gone on at least 20 dives with this group, and their entire staff is first class. I would recommend this group and company to anyone, either experienced or new to diving.
