At 20 feet there is a small platform from which we completed our underwater navigation dive. Took me two times to get the triangle right... whoops!

Hudson Grotto is a freshwater ancient sinkhole that is influenced by the tides of the ocean nearby. The tannins here make this water black once you descend past around 10m. Nothing much of interest in terms of wildlife but it was cool to see the limestone structures and funny statues placed about on the way down. We completed our multilevel and peak performance buoyancy dives here.

Jim was an excellent instructor!
We went with Jim Driscoll for our advanced open water and learned so much. He really is very experienced and it shows. You will have a great time!
