    Amarilys

Drop #2 on The Corridor wrecks put us right on the Amaryllis. Visibility was decent, but the temperature was all over the place. The current died down significantly so we finned southward. As Jim and I approached the Mizpah, we saw a dozen goliaths congregated outside the wreck. We swam over the wreck and came across a loggerhead and a green turtle. Niether of them was camera shy. Running low on air, we called it quits and ascended.

    Camia Wreck

Advanced Open Water dive #1--Wreck. I navigated us to and from the wreck, identified many hazards. At the bottom of the boat, there was an angelfish swimming upside down and toward the end of the dive we saw three puffers swimming together.

    Breakers South

This one was rather strenuous. The reef stuck out like fingers on a hand and when I wasn't protected, it was tough swimming across the current. I snapped some really good pictures of some of the fish. There was a goat fish foraging for food and a two-foot long trumpet fish drifting by. I found another lobster, a school of angel fish and at the end there was an arrowhead crab hiding under a rock. Overall it was another terrific dive, but damn, what a workout!

    China Barge

We had a south current on the corridor wrecks so we dropped in on the China Barge. Visibility was fair. There was a lot of particulate in the first 30 feet or so. Jim and I moved across the barge and the current pushed us too far to the west to find the next wreck so we cut our losses and ascended. This was supposed to count towards my wreck diver specialty.
